1. Billing – Purchase invoice at Nuray Home includes:

  • Item Price: The price of each item is clearly listed on the product detail page, and the add to cart, check out pages. The price of the item only changes when you change your size and design options.
  • Shipping Cost: Shipping cost is calculated according to the shipping address, regardless of the package size or the weight of the order. Shipping costs include all shipping-related fees and surcharges. Detail in Shipping And Delivery

Note: We do not charge tax on any country or item.

Please note that, aside from the fees and costs listed above, customers are not required to pay any additional charges. No additional payment obligations were incurred during payment processing. Visitors can always register for membership without any fees.

  • Payment will be charged immediately after completing the purchase. An order confirmation email will be sent to the customer immediately after the customer completes the payment.
  • Orders will not be processed and shipped until payment is completed.

3. When will the customer receive the refund?

  • We accept refunds for items returned in accordance with this Return And Refund.
