This policy applies to all products on the website.
I. RETURN/EXCHANGE
Nuray Home accepts returns/exchanges due to product defects and not defective products.
Return Items Conditions:
To be eligible for a return, products must be in new condition.
The timeframe that Nuray Home accepts returns:
Our policy is 30 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, if we don’t receive a return request beyond 30 days from delivery, then the product will not be eligible for return.
Return method:
Nuray Home encourages to return items by mail.
Step 1: Send an email to us to the mailbox: support@nurayhome.com with the subject “Return/Exchange Request” and send us the order number + photos/videos of the problem on the product received.
Step 2: Nuray Home will review and provide return labels by mail. Buyers need to download and print.
Step 3: Package the return product carefully.
Step 4: Send it to us at 5610 South Trumbull Avenue, Chicago, IL 60629, United States. Recipient Name: Nuray Home Return.
Who is responsible for the return shipping fee?
Nuray Home will provide a prepaid label for any returned product.
Does the buyer have to pay a restocking fee?
No cost.
Notify when Nuray Home receives the returned package
Once we receive the return package, the buyer will receive an email notifying us that we have received the return package. Depending on the sender’s address, the time to receive the return package will be different.
Note for exchange:
There are no additional charges for exchanges. No shipping charges apply when shipping a replacement product. To initiate an exchange, please contact our support team, and we’ll provide further instructions.
II. REFUND
When will you receive your refund?
– Once we receive the returned product please allow 3-5 days business to process it for you. All returned products will be processed through our inspection department for approval/rejection.
– If you are approved for a refund please allow 2-3 business days to receive your refund once it is refunded. Your refund will be processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
First, check your bank account again.
Then, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
